Fight4Fitness/KV Golden Gloves is a unique fitness facility specializing in Amatuer Boxing for fitness as well as competition. It will also provide a more relaxed atmosphere for training in the Martial Arts fields.

Fight4Fitness/KV Golden Gloves will provide specialized fitness classes to men, women and children of all ages. It will focus mainly on providing fitness training in a more informal setting than people may be used to. It will provide Boxing competitors a place to train formally for competition as well as for overall fitness. Classes are set up for a variety of age groups and provides training according to their specific needs.
