Developed from Karate, Muay Thai, Kun Khmer and boxing, kickboxing is a combination of the stand-up combat sports making use of punches and kicks. It can be practiced for self-defense, general fitness or as a contact sport. In this class, real kickboxing techniques are taught by real kickboxing competitors.
