Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings,
5:30am - 6:30am
This program is an excellent exercise class to do with your husband, wife, or significant other. Participants will learn real boxing and train the same way fighters do - the only difference being it is non-contact. You will be trained by an experienced and certified boxing trainer/coach doing the same challenging boxing training routines boxing. Learn footwork, technique, heavy bag, speed bag, reflex bag, skipping, shadowboxing as well as ab/core work.
